Carrie Taylor
Founder-VP Soccer Operations, Aequus Sports LLC- Co-Founder Next XI Network
A nationally respected soccer executive and former professional Men’s coach, Carrie brings a rare combination of front-office leadership and on-field experience. Her career spans the USL Super League launch — where she also served as Technical Director of the Women's Pathway and VP of Soccer Operations — collegiate head and assistant coaching roles, two NCAA Conference Championships, a men's Division III program she built from scratch, and international coaching experience with the Jamaica Women's National Team.
She has presented at the United Soccer Coaches Convention, the Iowa Youth Soccer Symposium, and donates time to Flint Style soccer which provides free soccer for girls in her hometown.
As co-founder of the Next XI Network, she is committed to elevating standards in professional soccer and advancing women in leadership throughout the game.

Kristi Beckmann
Co-Founder, Customer Specialist, DSA Labs- Co-Founder Next XI Network
Kristi's strength is making data predictive, impactful, and immediately usable — for coaching staffs, sporting directors, administrators, and scouts at every level. Her professional experience includes IDP specialist and Head of Culture at DC Power FC, Assistant Coach at Loudoun United FC (USL Championship), and Academic and Wellness Director at DC United Academy.
She developed a 4-year leadership curriculum for a major public school system, holds 7 state teaching licenses, and created a special topics diploma for United Soccer Coaches titled "Girls, Goals, and Grit." Her doctoral research in sports psychology — completing May 2026 — directly informs how she advises organizations on performance culture and athlete development.
