Carrie Taylor
Vice President| Technical Director| National Team, Pro & College Coach
Carrie is the Vice President of Soccer Operations for Aequus Sports LLC, the ownership group of Spokane Velocity FC and Spokane Zephyr FC.
A nationally respected soccer executive and former professional men’s assistant coach, along side Landon Donovan, Carrie is known for building high-performance environments grounded in strategy, clarity, and standards.
Her background spans USL leadership where she served at the Technical Director of the Women’s Pathway as well at the VP of Soccer Operations during the Super League launch. She worked as a collegiate Head and Assistant Coach, and started a men’s Division III college program while also coaching the women’s team to 2 Conference Championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances. She has been a youth club director, and has international coaching experience with Jamaica Women’s National team.
She holds her USSF A, USSF Talent ID License, DOC Certificate, and National Youth License. Taylor has a MA in Sports Administration from Wayne State University, a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan, where she helped start the inaugural women’s soccer team.
In the past year, she has presented at the United Soccer Coaches Convention, the Iowa Youth Soccer Symposium, and will be guest presenter in Germany in August.
As the co-founder of the Next XI Network, Carrie is committed to elevating standards in professional soccer while advancing women in leadership throughout the game.

Kristi Beckmann
Kristi is a DSA Labs Customer Success Specialist in Data Analytics and is the co-founder of Next XI Network,
Coach Beckman was an Assistant Coach at Loudoun United Football Club, a men’s professional soccer team in the USL Championship, and she was the IDP specialist and Head of Culture for DC Power FC, a women’s professional soccer team in the USL Super League.
Kristi also developed, aligned, introduced, and implemented a 4-year Leadership course curriculum for a giant public school system, and she holds 7 State teacher’s licenses. Kristi worked as the DC United Academy Academic and Wellness Director; and she also developed a special topics diploma for United Soccer Coaches called “Girls, Goals, and Grit.”
Kristi holds an MS and a BA in English Education from WVU, and she holds a Doctoral Certificate from GCU in Sports Psychology (May 2026). Coach Beckman has a “B” USSF license, a Master Coach diploma from United Soccer Coaches. She has coached Professional, UPSL, College, Community College, High School, and Travel soccer teams for over 3 decades.
Most importantly though, Kristi has proven impactful at the highest levels in making data predictive, impactful, and easily accessible to coaching staffs, Sporting Directors, Administrators, Athletic Directors, General Managers, Recruiters, scouts, and players.
