With over 37 years of leadership experience across international, professional, collegiate, and youth soccer, Carrie Taylor, founder of 1 v 1 Consulting, brings a rare combination of lived experience and strategic perspective.

Her career spans coaching,technical leadership, staff management, and organizational advisory roles in environments where performance, credibility, and decision-making carry real consequences. That experience informs a consulting approach grounded in how professional soccer actually operates—not how it’s described.
